Quality care ratings
The list below explains our ratings:
- Rating 80 – 100 = good: This service is demonstrating a good level of quality with standards consistently met.
- Rating 60 – 70 = satisfactory: This service meets minimum Council expectations and demonstrates some elements of good quality. The service would be expected to work towards improving areas of weaker quality.
- Rating 1 – 60 = poor: This service is below Council expectations and urgent improvement action is required by the care provider. A sustained ‘Poor’ rating (over a 6 month period) may lead to the Council no longer purchasing these services.
- Rating 0 or below (minus score): This service has failed to submit the required self-assessment information to the Council (zero score) and is also non-compliant with the City Council’s contract conditions, and/or has a CQC quality rating of either ‘Requiring Improvement’ or ‘Inadequate’ (minus score).
